PRICE FLUCT. MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO AB PANEVEZ. PIENAS



Following the decision of the NSEL Listing Department, price fluctuation

margins will not be applied to shares of AB Panevezio Pienas from 11 January

2002, due to assimilation of issues.

After the assimilation, the issue No. 11311 will equal 14,115,760 units, the

nominal value LTL 2, the total nominal value will equal LTL 28,231,520.
