TRADING IN SECURIT. OF AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 21 January 2002,

trading in securities of AB Lietuvos Energija will be renewed from 24 January

2002 without applying price fluctuation margins.

On 23 January 2002, the number of securities in the issue No. 11768 will be

reduced at the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. After the reduction,

the size of the issue No. 11768 will be 729,954,315 units, the nominal value

will remain at LTL 1, the total nominal value will be LTL 729,954,315.
