DECISION ON RENEWAL OF TRAD. IN LIET ENERGIJA SHARES REVOKED



On 22 January 2002, the Listing Department passed a decision to revoke the

decision of the Listing Department as of 21 January 2002 regarding the renewal

of trading in shares of AB Lietuvos Energija (code 11768) from 24 January 2002.

AB Lietuvos Energija informed that the authorized capital would be reduced from

LTL 729,954,315 to LTL 689,515,435 pursuant to the decisions of the general

shareholders’ meetings as of 05 November 2001 and 04 January 2002 (by paying

available funds to the Company’s shareholders in the form of shares of the

Company’s subsidiaries, as it had been established in the reorganization

project).
