D. TVARIJONAVICIUS SOLD 1,656,000 SHARES OF AB LIFOSA



By initiating negotiations regarding ongoing discussions between major

shareholders and creditors of AB Lifosa concerning restructuring of credit

liabilities,  Mr. D. Tvarijonavicius, the major shareholder of AB Lifosa, sold

1,656,000 shares of AB Lifosa to AB FBF Finasta, which acts as an intermediary

in this process.
