RESULT OF ACTIVITY IN 2001



On 28 January 2002, the sitting of the Management Board took place.

At the sitting, the result of financial and economic activity in 2001 was

announced. The preliminary unaudited loss incurred in 2001 equals LTL 8390thou,

and the loss of the fourth quarter comes to LTL 86thou.
