PRELIMINARY UNAUDITED RESULT OF ACTIVITY IN 2001



On 8 February 2002, the sitting of the Management Board of AB Vilniaus Vingis

approved the results of the company’s economic activity in 2001. The company’s

sales equaled LTL 137.7 million, unaudited net profit amounted to LTL 9.328

million (net profit of LTL 9.2 million was planned). This is by 29.8% more than

the net profit earned in 2000 (LTL 7.116 million).
