REGARDING FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR 2001



In order not to mislead potential investors and to influence there future

offers regarding the final price of the block of shares as well as seeking

to avoid public discussions on the possible price, AB Lietuvos Dujos decided

not to announce the unaudited results. The audited results are expected to

be announced on 20 March 2002.
