TRADING IN SECURIT. OF AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 18 March, trading in

securities of AB Lietuvos Energija (code 11768) will be renewed without

applying price fluctuation margins from 21 March 2001, reduced issue.

On 20 March 2002, the number of shares in the issue of AB Lietuvos Energija

will be reduced at the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. After the

change, the size of the issue 11768 will be  689,515,435 units, the nominal

value will remain at LTL 1, the total nominal value equals LTL 689,515,435.
