CHANGE OF THE DATE OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 20 March 2002, at the sitting of the Management Board it was decided to

shift the date of the general meeting of AB Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas

shareholders from 19 April 2002 (2 p.m.) to 29 April 2002 (2 p.m.). The same

agenda remains valid:

1) approval of  report on activity of AB Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas;

2) audit report on financial statements as of 31 December 2001;

3) approval of the company’s financial statements of 2001;

4) profit (loss) appropriation.
