RESULT OF PERFORMANCE IN 2001



On 22 March 2002, the Management Board of AB Pieno Zvaigzdes approved draft

financial statements of 2001 (prepared according to IAS) audited by Deloitte &

Touche. The consolidated net profit of AB Pieno Zvaigzdes Group (AB Panevezio

Pienas including) earned in 2001 is LTL 13.307 million.
