TRADING IN SECUR. OF AB LIETUVOS DRAUDIMAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 28 March 2002, trading in

securities of AB Lietuvos draudimas(code 12194) will be renewed without

applying price fluctuation margins on 29 March 2002. At the general

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital by

additional contributions.
