TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB SANITAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Management Board of 22 April 2002, trading in

securities of AB Sanitas (code 10617) will be renewed on 23 April 2002. At the

general shareholders’ meeting it was decided to reduce the company’s authorized

capital by annulling the own shares bought in by the company and by

proportionally reducing the number of shares held by all shareholders.
