TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB SIAULIU STUMBRAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing department of 29 April 2002, trading in

securities of AB Siauliu Stumbras (code 11869) will be renewed without applying

price fluctuation margins on 30 April 2002. At the general shareholders’

meeting it as decided to increase the authorized capital out of additional

funds.
