UAB COMLIET ACQUIRED 75 PER CENT OF DATU TIKLI SIA SHARES



On 6 May 2002, UAB Comliet, a subsidiary of AB Lietuvos Telekomas,

signed an agreement for the purchase of 75 per cent of shares of Latvian

company Datu Tikli SIA. The company Datu Tikli SIA will continue to implement

the projects of low voltage networks in Latvia and develop its activities in

the area of telecommunications networks’ construction and maintenance.
