SALE OF STAKES IN TWO SUBSIDIARIES



On 16 May 2002, following the Board’s decision of 25 April 2002,

AB Lietuvos Telekomas signed an agreement on the sales of 74 per cent of

UAB Baltijos Telekomunikaciju Konsultacinis Centras’and 40 per cent of

UAB Baltijos Informaciniu Duomenu Valdymo Centras’ shares to TietoEnator.
