TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB SANITAS WILL BE RENEWED



According to the decision of the Listing department as of 18 June 2002, trading

will be renewed and price fluctuation margins will be not applied from 20 June

2002 to securities of AB Sanitas (code 10617) due to reduction of the issue.

The number of securities in the share issue of AB Sanitas will be changed in

the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania on 19 June 2002. After the

change, the size of the share issue (code 10617) will be 5562960 securities.

Par value will remain unchanged at LTL 5. The total nominal value will be LTL

27814800.
