APPROVAL OF THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS



On 19 June 2001, the Supervisory Board AB Mazeikiu Nafta approved a new Board

of Directors, which consists of:



Ronald Majors – Head of the Board of Directors for 1 (one) year, Executive

Director of UAB Williams Lietuva;

Members:

Nerijus Eidukevicius, Vice minister of the Ministry of Economics of the

Republic of Lithuania;

Kipras Balkevicius, Head of the fuel strategy division of the Ministry of

Economics of the Republic of Lithuania;

Gediminas Vaiciunas, consultant of the Government and Municipalities Economics

Department of the Chancellery of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

Tom Schneider, Director General of AB Mazeikiu Nafta;

Michail Brudno, Vice president;

Frank Rieger, Vice president for planning and management at “Yukos”.
