CHANGE OF THE AUTHORISED CAPITAL OF AB MAZEIKIU NAFTA



On 18 June 2002, changes of the bylaws of AB Mazeikiu Nafta were registered,

which confirm the register of the increase of the authorized capital of the

company at the State Register of Enterprise. The authorized capital of AB

Mazeikiu Nafta equals LTL 707 454 130.
