DECISION ADOPTED AT THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF AB "ALYTAUS TEKSTILE"



On 25 June 2002 at 13:00, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

took place.

The meeting resolved to:

1. pledge 20,7% of the company's long-term assets of the value of

the authorised capital to AB Bankas Snoras bank.
