TERMINATION OF THE BRANCH ACTIVITIES



On 4 July 2002, the Management Board of AB Rokiskio Suris decided to terminate

the activities of the branch office (Salcininku Pienine) of AB Rokiskio Suris

and to deregister Salcininku Pienine from the Register of Enterprises.
