On 8 July 2002, AB Pieno Zvaigzdes sold 1 885 594 AB Panevezio Pienas ORS it

held to SwedeAgri Invest AB at LTL 2 par through the National Stock Exchange of

Lithuania via a block trade. The sold shares of AB Panevezio Pienas constitute

13.36% of the company’s authorized capital and company’s votes at the general

meetings of shareholders.
