According to the data of the Register of Distrained Property Deeds, AB Pieno

Zvaigzdes is prohibited to vote or to authorize the third person to vote with

votes granted by 3,973,586 shares of AB Panevezio Pienas or to transfer

3,973,586 shares or votes granted by these shares to third persons in any other

way. Therefore, the number of votes of AB Panevezio Pienas  owned by AB

Rokiskio Suris increased to 34.78% of all votes of AB Panevezio Pienas.
