CHANGES IN THE MANAGING BODY



On 26 July 2002, following the decision of the Supervisory Board (Minutes

No.3), two members of the Management Board were revoked, namely Gediminas

Petrauskas and Kestutis Staras.

The following persons were elected members of the Management Board: Algimantas

Dziugas, technical director of the company, and Donatas Justinas Seilius,

director of Balbieriskis plant of Stumbras SPAB.
