SALES OF VILNIAUS VINGIS AB



In July 2002, sales volumes of Vilniaus Vingis AB reached LTL 13.4 million

(cf. LTL 9.0 million in July 20021). This year, the company has sold its

products for LTL 90.4 million, which is by 20.6 per cent more than during

the corresponding period last year. Such a growth resulted from a 24.1

per cent (LTL 11.8 million) increase in export volumes. More products were

exported to Germany (LTL 4.3 million), England (LTL 5.9 million).

New customers in Hungary, China, and Finland were found. The export level

this year stands at 67.3 per cent (in January – July 2001, this ratio did not

exceed 65.5 per cent). This year, the company has sold its products in

Lithuania for LTL 29.5 million or by 14.2 per cent (LTL 3.7 million) more

than during the same period last year.
