NOTIFICATION REGARDING CONCENTRATION



Bank of Bermuda (Guernsey) Ltd, the largest shareholder of Sanitas AB holding

50.63% of shares and represented by the Baltic Republic Fund, submitted a

notification to the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania regarding

concentration by acquiring up to 100% of shares of Sanitas AB.
