DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (09/09/2002)



On 9 September 2002, the Management Board of the NSEL resolved to:

1)remove ORS of Kalnapilis AB (code 10545) from the group of Unlisted

securities to which central market procedures are applied on 10 September 2002,

on the basis of the Decision No. 34 of the NSEL Management Board as of 10 May

1999;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Alytaus Tekstile AB (code 10090) on

12 September 2002 due to a general shareholders’ meeting.
