DECISIONS OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF ALYTAUS TEKSTILE AB



On 12 September 2002, the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting took

place. The meeting resolved to:

1)pledge the company’s long-term assets, worth 32.1% of the authorized capital,

to the banks for loans.
