DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (7 OCTOBER 2002)



On 7 October 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange resolved to:

1) suspend central market trading in ORS of Naftos Terminalas AB (code 11166)

on 14 October 2002 due to the shareholders’ meeting;

2) suspend trading in ORS of Klaipedos Nafta AB (code 11165) due to the general

shareholders’ meeting from 14 October 2002 until the day the material event is

announced. Increase of the authorised capital.

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of Anyksciu Vynas AB (code 11277) on

15 October 2002 due to the shareholders’ meeting;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas AB

(code 10426) on 16 October 2002 due to the shareholders’ meeting;

5) suspend trading in ORS of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code 12637) due

to the general shareholders’ meeting from 17 October 2002 until the day the

material event is announced. Increase of the authorised capital.
