ELECTION OF A NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER OF MAZEIKIU NAFTA AB

On 18 October 2002, at the meeting of the Council of Observers of

Mazeikiu Nafta AB it was decided to revoke Frank K. Rieger from the position

of the Management Board member and to elect Vladislavas Paulius until the

end of tenure of the current Management Board.
