ANNOUNCES ITS RESULTS FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2002



On 29 October 2002, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas approved unaudited

financial statements of AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group for the nine months of

2002 prepared according to International Accounting Standards. Consolidated

Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group net profit for the third quarter of 2002 was

LTL 20,700 thousand, net profit for the nine months of 2002 was LTL 59,226

thousand, revenue for the third quarter of 2002 was LTL 237,654 thousand,

revenue for the nine months of 2002 was LTL 729,168 thousand.
