Trading in securities of Utenos Trikotazas AB (code 10932) will be renewed

on November 22, 2002.

At the meeting it was decided to reduce the authorized capital of the company

by proportionally reducing the number of shares held by all shareholders and

by paying the company’s free funds to shareholders.(Decision of the Listing
