DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (16 DECEMBER 2002)



1) remove ORS of Ragutis (code 11029) from the group of Unlisted securities to

which central market procedures are applied on 18 December 2002, on the basis

of the Decision No. 34 of the NSEL Management Board as of 10 May 1999;

2) suspend trading in ORS of Aliejus AB (code 11488) on 30 December 2002 until

the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’ meeting.

Reduction of the authorized capital (by annulling the acquired own shares);

3) remove ORS of Lietuvos Draudimas (code 12194) and ORS of Sema (code 11069)

from the group of Unlisted securities to which central market procedures are

applied on 2 January 2003, on the basis of the Decision No. 34 of the NSEL

Management Board as of 10 May 1999;

4) remove ORS of Kauno audiniai (code 10154) from the group of Unlisted

securities to which central market procedures are applied on 10 January 2003,

on the basis of the Decision No. 34 of the NSEL Management Board as of 10 May

1999.
