UAB COMLIET  INTENDS TO ACQUIRE UAB SONEX KOMUNIKACIJOS



UAB Comliet, a subsidiary of AB Lietuvos Telekomas, and UAB Sonex Grupe signed

a Memorandum of Understanding. According to it UAB Comliet intends to acquire a

100 per cent stake in UAB Sonex Komunikacijos, a subsidiary of UAB Sonex Grupe.
