DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (14 JANUARY 2003)



On 14 January 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas AB

(code 10426) and in ORS of Sanitas (code 10617) on 21 January 2003 in order to

protect interests of investors due to the shareholders meetings, which are to

take place on 24 January 2003;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Naftos Terminalas AB (code 11166)

on 23 January 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders meeting, which is to take place on 28 January 2003;

3)remove ORS Panevezio Melioracija (code 11990) from the Current List group of

securities, the issuer of which seeks to buy-in own shares and has no long-term

intention to quote its shares on the Current List, on 14 February 2003 and to

transfer them to the tier of Unlisted securities. Sub-paragraph 71.2 of the

Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange (“upon request of the issuer of these

securities”). To admit these securities to the group of Unlisted securities to

which central

market procedures apply.
