On 4 February 2003, the State Land Cadastre and Register Enterprise filed

a notification that, due to termination of its activity, Kauno Elektros Tinklai

(code 3208995, Kęstučio str. 36, Kaunas), a branch of  Vakaru Skirstomieji

Tinklai AB, was delisted from the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of

Lithuania on 30 January 2003.
