Taking into account resolution No. 247-2003-8 of the Board of Klaipėdos Jūrų

Krovinių Kompanija AB of 21 February 2003, the position of the Director of the

Personnel and General Affairs is eliminated as of 28 February 2003. As of

1 March 2003 the position of the Personnel Director is introduced, which

will be taken by Almyras Mockus.
