CONCERNING REMOVAL OF THE BOARD MEMBERS  FROM OFFICE AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW 

MEMBERS

On 6 March 2003, a meeting of the Board of Anykščių Vynas AB was held and

adopted the following decisions:		  

1. To remove from post the following Board members of Anykščių Vynas AB:

V.Kanopa, È.Matulevičius, J.Karvelis, and V.Labutienė.

2. To appoint Nijolė Bieliauskienė, Jolita Krivickienė,

Laurentina Garbauskienė, and  Vidmantas Kanopa as Board members of

Anykščių Vynas AB for a new term of office.
