DECISIONS OF THE SUPERVISING COUNCIL



At the meeting of Alita AB Supervising Council, held

on 6 March 2003, the following decisions were adopted:



1) The members of the Board were revoked.

2) Vytautas Junevičius, Vilmantas Pečiūra, Rūta Motiejūnaitė,

Aida Savičiūnienė and Antanas Bajarūnas were elected as new

 members of the Board.

3) It was let to Rūta Motiejūnaitė to be a member of the

Supervising Council of Vilniaus degtinė AB.

4) It was let to Vytautas Junevičius to be a member of the

Board of Artrio-2 UAB.
