On 11 April 2003, trading will be renewed and price fluctuation margins will

not be applied to shares of Kauno Tiekimas AB (code 10487), at the

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of

the company by additional contributions (decision of the Listing Department

of 10 April 2003).
