On 9 April 2003, Concern Achemos Ggrupe UAB owned 77.47% of the company’s

votes by the right of ownership.

On 9 April 2003, Vialogas UAB owned 7.32% of the company’s votes by the right

of ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 10 April 2003.
