ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD AND MANAGEMENT BOARD

Mr. Andrius Sukys was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board during the

meeting of the Supervisory Board of Lietuvos Jūrų Laivininkystė AB on 6 May

2003. During the same meeting, the Management Board of the following

composition was elected: Vytautas Vismantas, Ivan Šalajev, Viktoras Čepys,

Genadij Titov, Arvydas Stropus.



During the meeting of the Management Board on 6 May 2003 Mr. Vytautas Vismantas

was elected Chairman of the Management Board of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB

and Director General.
