DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (12 MAY 2003)



On 12 May 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

admit ORS of Kelmės pieninė AB (code 11419, abbreviation KLMP) to a securities

group within the Current List, the issuers of which seek to buy-in their own

shares and have no long-term intentions to quote their shares on the Current

List, on 19 May 2003. Price fluctuation margins shall not be applied.
