DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (26 MAY 2003)



On 26 May 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Panevėžio Statybos Srestas AB

(code 10144) on 29 May 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due

to the shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 3 June 2003 ;

2) remove ORS of Dainiai AB (code 11694) from the group of Unlisted

securities to which central market procedures are applied on 4 June 2003, on

the basis of the Decision No. 34 of the NSEL Management Board as of 10 May 1999.
