On 17 June 2003, Finbaltus FMĮ UAB owned 23.04% of Kauno Tiekimas AB votes by

the right of ownership.

On 17 June 2003, Energostock LLC (USA) lost all the votes of Kauno Tiekimas AB.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 18 June 2003.
