NOTIFICATION REGARDING  THE ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF SANITAS AB



On 16 June 2003, Kremi UAB owned 35.50% of Sanitas AB votes by the right of

ownership.

Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

NSEL on 23 June 2003.
