TRADING IN SECURITIES OF ŠIAULIŲ BANKAS AB WILL BE RE-LAUNCHED WITHOUT IMPOSING

RATE FLUCTUATION LIMITS



On 26 June 2003, trading in securities (code 10225) of Šiaulių Bankas AB, with

a changed nominal value and issue amount, will be re-launched without imposing

rate fluctuation limits (Resolution of the Listing Department of 23 June 2003).

On 25 June 2003, the amount of the securities issue of Šiaulių Bankas AB will

be increased at the Central Securities Depository, as well as the nominal value

will be changed and the new issue will be added. After the change the 10225

issue will grow to 43343940 units, with LTL 1 nominal value and LTL 43343940

total nominal value.
