On 25 June 2003, Conto System LLC (USA) owned 4.56% of Pramprojektas AB votes

by the right of ownership.

On 25 June 2003, FMĮ Finbaltus UAB owned 22.99% of Pramprojektas

AB votes by the right of ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 25 June 2003.
