On 1 July 2003, SwedeAgri Invest sold on the NSEL though a block transaction

and Pieno Žvaigždės AB acquired 1 885 594 ordinary registered shares of 

Panevėžio Pienas AB for LTL 2 per share constituting  13.36% of the authorized

capital of Panevėžio Pienas AB and giving 13.36% of votes at GMs of the

company.
