ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF SNAIGĖ  AB



On 19 June 2003, DCF Fund (Liuxembourg) owned 10.02% of Snaigė AB votes by the

right of ownership.

The notification about acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

NSEL on 3 July 2003.
