DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (14 JULY 2003)



On 14 July 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Panevezio Pienas AB (code 11311)

on 28 July 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 31 July 2003;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Snaige AB (code 10927)

on 30 July 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 4 August 2003;

3)suspend central market trading in ORS of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code

12638) on 5 August 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 8 August 2003;

4)suspend central market trading in ORS of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code

12637) on 6 August 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 11 August 2003;

5) suspend trading in ORS of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code 12638) on 8

August 2003 until the day the material event is announced, due to the

shareholders’ meeting. Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary

contributions;

6) suspend trading in ORS of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code 12637) on 11

August 2003 until the day the material event is announced, due to the

shareholders’ meeting. Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary

contributions.
